Every raising concern i've read so far are related cause what they read on UpGrad's website regarding the program.
People need to get in touch with Edgewood and ask questions like "how will the diploma look like, will it say Upgrad?", "is this a DBA, by who is it approved?" , "is there a third entity delivering this program?" = which they do to cut cost in each partnership, not a good sign. Then get in touch with the evaluator you intend to use this degree and see what they have to say.
These are very important question, and look at them as entry level part of your DBA research/journey.
