I finally got response from International Credential Assessment Service of Canada (ICAS) and World Education Services (WES), and i sent it to other evaluators from this list https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-ref...d/how.html

For education completed at a private higher education institution in France, we can provide a meaningful assessment only for a diplôme visé (un diplôme d’école revêtu d'un visa officiel).

We cannot provide any type of meaningful assessment for qualifications listed in the RNCP or for school-issued qualifications (certificats d’école).

I welcome anyone to use the tool from WES database and see it for your self how the results turn up to be. I know i am not surprised by the outcome how they are not covered in the database.
