My guess is that it will only apply to your original subscription, not the upgrade to College Accelerator (which is now called College Saver). However, I've had good experiences with customer support, including extending my 30% discount after pausing my subscription, so it's worth checking with them to see how it would work and/or if they can apply the discount to College Saver.
