A B is an 80 not a 90. Yes, all of your grades are included when schools calculate your GPA for grad school.
What I was referring to in mentioning a B, was that in order for me to have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 (B), I would need to have nearly straight A(s) or 90+ per course to counterbalance my prior low GPA. It can be done, will just need to be very diligent!
