Essentially, if you're residing in one of the states that WGU is endorsed, that would be your first option. Capella or Walden would come in a distant second. If money is a concern, or you don't mind having professional or secondary accreditation, or you need a non CBE option then the HAU option would be my choice for those who don't want competency based education.
