Don't waste time on things you don't need to take.
What you still need:
2D. CREATIVITY: possibly PHIL102: Introduction to Critical Thinking and Logic at Saylor (a similar course at SDC works here)
3E. SCIENCE LAB: Bio Lab
5A. DIVERSE WORLD VIEWS: Sociology at Sophia or Saylor, or World Regional Geography at Saylor
5C. LINGUISTIC SKILLS: Spanish at Sophia
5E. CIVIC KNOWLEDGE: American Gov at Sophia, possibly Western Political Thought at Saylor
Complete these credits FIRST, and then go back and take additional courses if you really want to and have time.

To answer your final question: no, taking a 1cr ASU course and then transferring it will not be any faster than sending a transcript for courses you've already completed. Again, don't waste time on things you've already covered.
Study for your Security+ exam AFTER you complete what you need to (that isn't a cert you need in order to finish the UMPI degree, so it should be placed lower on your list of priorities). Getting bogged down retaking courses, or taking courses you don't need, could derail you from your ultimate goal.
2D PHIL102: Introduction to Critical Thinking and Logic, I checked the website on Saylor and they said their ACE get renewed on June 1st So I'll find the similar course at SDC.
3E. Is in the works
5A. I'll probably go ahead and take the Saylor Course on that.
5C. After I complete the Bio Lab on Sophia then I'll try the Spanish course on Sophia. Hopefully it's not that bad.
5E. Western Political Thought at Saylor Seems the fastest to me.
I'll complete those credits fist then if i have time I'll do the other classes i wanted to take.
@rachel83az I'll look into how close I am to BABA with Project Management Degree, I think I've seen someone post a thread with a degree plan on that so i'll look thru the forum.
Thank you all!!
