Yes, SNHU limits students to taking 2 or 3 classes at a time. If financial limitations meant you could only take one class at a time, it would take more time, but this would be allowed. If you do not mind taking longer than usual to graduate, I think you can even skip semesters if you need time to save more money.
Whatever pace you choose, the important thing is to continue steadily! You'll get your degree eventually, as long as you keep going.
