Yes. Do the same for every adaptive quiz. Some classes will have very similar questions on the exam. I did not experience the exact same question and usually the questions were different, but covered the same topic.

It depends on the course. It's not dependent on the professor. Each course was created at a different time and that seems to be the biggest determining factor.
