I went through the entire Google IT in like 2 days.
In the first part, I watched all the videos on Youtube before I started the course. Still, I realized everything was pretty basic for me, considering I already had experience + a computer science degree. That's why I only did the exams for the rest of the course.
The networking part might be hard for someone without previous knowledge. I took networking basically twice. The 1st time I was trying to pass the TESU Networking TECEP, and the 2nd time I did the Networking course on Study.com.
Overall It was a pretty good course. My Credly badge is still there.
