Yes, you're correct, the fees are as follows if you decide to pay the residency fee.
TESU Fees:
Application: $50
Residency Waiver: $3288
Grad Audit: $298
Capstone: $535 x 3, $1605
Total: $5,241
You may also want to consider WGU BSCS instead if you have the experience/knowledge.
WGU Fees 1 term/6 months:
Tuition: $3,625
E-Books/Resource Fee: $200
Program Fee: $150
Total: $3,975
And if you have the tuition assistance/reimbursement, SNHU has a BSCS as well for under 10K.
You can use $5K this year and $5K next year to finish off the degree requirements if you want to save.
