TESU rejecting Credly badges?

Yes, this is an issue I've had to fight through several times. Each Credly badge needs to have an ACE endorsement, otherwise TESU does not know how to map it to the ACE recommendations and cannot award credit. When you view the details page for each individual badge, there should be an endorsement from the American Council on Education near the bottom. I'd also recommend sending a copy of your Credly transcript to yourself, as the PDF will show the exact ACE code attached to each badge. If anything is missing or wrong, contact both Credly and the badge issuer linking to both the public badge view and the associated ACE CREDIT page.

Any other tips? I’ve contacted both Credly and both institutions and while they were all very nice and seemed willing to help (“updated” my badges) it ultimately hasn’t fixed the problem. I tried resending my transcript to TESU by putting the ACE links in the notes section but they rejected them again. I’m thinking my next move is to contact TESU directly and try to speak to someone? The classes are clearly recommended by ACE, but they won’t issue the credit due to this silly technical snafu.
