The coursework is free. It cost about $9 to take the exam as you noted. Onlinedegree is not a college or university. Therefore not RA credit. They are NCCRS credit. Look here for the NCCRS credit recommendation for how many credit hours and which level http://www.nationalccrs.org/organization...edegreecom as far as I see, they are all LL. almost all are 3 credits, except for the cooking/culinary one which is 2 LL but that one wasn't on your list
I didn't use any of their courses for my degree. Started one for an elective and it was just not my cup of tea. But it also didn't cost me money to learn I didn't like their format. Everyone is different on that.
