1. Any RA credit you earn will automatically be used FIRST, before ACE credit. So, for instance, you have Accounting 101 listed as an elective for Computer Science. But if you complete XAMK's Intro to Video Games Creation certificate (for example), that's 25 ECTS or around 12+ RA-equivalent US semester credits. IIRC, some of them will come in as AOS electives for Comp Sci. And all of them will go to the free electives section of your BSBA Finance.
2. You can reuse credits. AOS credits can be used in the free electives of the other degree (and vice versa). The BSBA has 15 credits of free electives, which you can fill with FREE XAMK credits (pay only $200 to get the transcript evaluated). Some XAMK credits (such as their Finnish language courses) will work as Gen Eds. If you still find yourself short once you've transferred in your Finnish credits, you could do some Gen Eds like Algebra or American Government at ASU Universal Learner, TECEPs, or TEL Learning classes. For instance, take Introduction to Comparative Politics (POS-282-TE) TECEP instead of American Government. They fill the same requirements.
3. See above.
4. As already stated, RA will always overwrite ACE credits. If you do the Sociology TECEP, it will be used instead of Sociology from Sophia or SDC or wherever. There is no sense doing both.
Final note, the Public Speaking TECEP is LL, not UL. Not that it matters much, because it wouldn't count toward your UL credit requirements anyway.
