It definitely looks like one of those programs that has partial accreditation/recognition at best. Looks good on a profile or resume but likely won't get full recognition from a NACES evaluator. Validential, California FCE, and other non-NACES members may give them regionally accreditation equivalency with full degree status. Very similar in recognition to Titulo Propio degree programs.
In US - State Authorization = NOTHING. Except a license to operate. The school may legally offer degrees of iffy / no standing. Where you can use them - and for what purpose - varies from State to State.
In France - State Recognition = EVERYTHING. And this school does not have it. It may, though, also legally offer degrees of iffy / no standing.
"Very similar in recognition to Titulo Propio degree programs." Not really. Titulos - or grados propios come from a full-fledged recognized university. They are degrees that the school may rightfully award, for which they have chosen not to seek individual permission, from the authorities. Propios are real degrees, but they come with some restrictions in their home country. Any equivalency you get here can vary wildly. This French school is not a State-Recognized university. By definition, the degrees are NOT PROPIOS. They are degrees awarded by a school without State recognition -so they are what they are...
And we do have that one outstanding report of credits earned from a propio being transferred to TESU. It may not work for every propio under the sun -- but it looks like a very good use of a cheaply-acquired credential. Kudos once again to the person who found it.
My take Propio results here with a recognized evaluator? A a crapshoot at best. A French, but not State-Recognized school like this one -- NOT EVEN THAT. Again, this French school's degrees are NOT a "propio" situation. Far from it.
And most places that require evaluations require recognized ones and will usually specify which ones they prefer.
Those orgs that accept unrecognized evaluations - do so at their peril - out of ignorance.
