Yes, the degree plans for TESU are updated on a regular basis. Whenever we get new information, someone will update the wiki to reflect any changes. This is why we request that students report any issues they might encounter. If nobody does this, we won't know to correct the wiki. 

If budget were not an issue, the fastest degrees are currently from TESU, UMPI, or WGU. WGU isn't available to international students, and has a lot of proctored exams. Excelsior would be fast, but they've decided not to accept certain courses for their business degrees. It makes them both slower and more expensive.

The only thing EU is giving trouble on is that they now require Business Writing instead of English Comp II (even though on their website and in the catalog it specifically says "English Comp II OR Business Writing).  Other than that, you can do the entire degree alternatively; and even if you took Business Writing at EU, it would still be cheaper than TESU's per credit plan.
