That's pretty cheap. Not counting the first year, it's (at most) about 1100€ per year. There is a 1600€ fee for defending your doctoral thesis. If your defense is successful, there is what is essentially a graduation fee of 311€.
If it takes you 4 years to get your degree, it looks like you'd pay at most about 6800€.
