You've provided a bit of info and some contradicting details, with a clearer picture of your scenario or situation, it'll be easier to recommend you an option or two. Frankly, I'm not sure why we're recommending TESU. You might be a great candidate for competency based degrees instead, just because you have 110ish credits doesn't mean they all will come into the degree of choice.
I did a full degree plan for dillpickles at TESU - and he/she is practically done with a BALS degree. They have 102cr that will transfer in, including all UL and AoS courses, and all Free Electives, and most GE's. They only need 18cr:

Oral Communication
Ethics
Diversity
Civic Engagement
No other school or degree will have fewer credits (and fewer UL credits) to do.
