So, I would like to remind everyone here of what was said on the very first post:
"Hey everyone, wondering if I can get some guidance. I've been in and out of college for pretty much forever and would like to wrap up a Bachelors of some type...
Budget is whatever, and I'm ok with whatever degree. Part of me would like a science or tech degree since I have so many of those type of classes, but part of me would just like a degree as quickly as possible. Ideally, I'd like to jump to a masters program as quickly as possible. Thanks!"
I did give the advice that pertains to this - the BALS is THE fastest, easiest degree to get. This goal was clearly stated right from the start.
OP - I still say, everyone here went bonkers when they saw your credits, and steered you away from your stated goal. You have worked your way to a director-level position without a degree, so I'm guessing that whatever degree you get will not matter at all. You also did not say you wanted an MBA, you said you wanted a "master's" which could mean anything. But if your ultimate goal is an MBA, then the BALS actually gets you closer and faster to that than anything else. A BSBA ONLY matters if you go to a school where they have pre-reqs - if you opt for a school like WGU or many of the hundreds of other options out there that don't have pre-req's, then you're wasting time getting a degree you didn't even say you wanted, and don't need to get what you actually want.
So, think about what you actually need before making a decision. Everyone is throwing things out there - but honestly, you have taken a million classes for years and years, and now people are telling you a way to get TWO degrees that will take time - when I'm telling you to get ONE that will be FAST and you'll be DONE! They are taking you AWAY from what your stated goal was, I'm taking you towards it.
I'd also like to point out that if "life happens" as it often does, you will have even MORE credits, and NO DEGREE! You already have a ton of credits and no degree, why take the chance that you're going to do it again? I don't get everyone's advice, I think they're taking you down the wrong track. You've already been there, it didn't work out. Don't go there again.
