You're the one who mentioned "a set of term papers". No one else. Personally, I haven't written a term paper since high school.

If you ever do a doctorate, please let this forum know so that we may enjoy reading your research.

I'll be starting it next year and no I won't be sharing my work on here.

I think (hope?) Sagan was referencing the fact that most dissertations are released to the public, though perhaps after a few years wait to allow the author to publish. If South College is going to post your dissertation on their website or if it is going to be publicly available (through ProQuest Theses and Dissertations, for instance), why wouldn’t you share it here?

Specifically, I asked that the poster share that he/she completed a doctorate so we could read the dissertation, not that the dissertation itself would be posted here. Normally, it would be available on Proquest very soon after its approval by the school.

On a related note, I see that many posters here have a lot to say about doing a doctorate, yet (by their own acknowledgement) haven't actually done one. I think that's interesting.
