Have you contacted Temple U about obtaining the syllabus?

Yes, they were unable to help me since I wasn't a student/enrolled in the class.

Have you tried looking at an old class schedule, identifying the professor(s) teaching the class, and emailing the professors directly? The professor may be inclined to help you since very often professors are interested in helping students learn, and many are not particularly interested in their school's bureaucratic rules.

Alternatively, you might look at one of those shady sites like CourseHero and see if someone's uploaded a syllabus for that class.
