Your best options are the community colleges in your state. If you're unable to find anything inexpensive, or online, you can try NJMC as they have some of the courses you're looking at. In regards to Study.com courses transferring to other colleges, it all depends on the institution receiving the credit. For the Big 3, and the Competency Based providers we walk about, they should take the courses... other institutions, it's safer to ask the institutions because some schools indicate they take ACE but most of them "don't know their own rules".
