Just an interesting tidbit - From the link you provided, there are some discrepancies I can see in the AAS > BAS, some don't match at all! Example: How the heck does AAS Computer and Network Technician get transferred into the BAS, English and Professional Communication Minors. Easy, the previous courses are all shifted to the "60-62 electives".
I have an AAS in Bus Admin and wasn't eligible for the BAS. I have well over 40 credits in business and over 40 in hospitality/culinary arts and was still denied. They have clamped down on accepting students into the program. According to the link below Bus Admin is included in the technical credits.

UMPI didn't have a comp sci a degree until last year. So if someone transferred there with an AAS in anything tech related they needed to get a bachelor's in a different field.
