One thing I've noticed with online classes is how resourceful people are. Some really have no idea how to search for an article or how to write a paper. I don't think the online classes caused these problems. They weren't taught these things during their childhood/elementary school years. And it just progressed through middle school and high school. It really does amaze me how many students don't have any idea how to write or research a paper. Even in grad school many people can't follow a rubric. This isn't an online education problem. This is an education problem. I think the online classes just showed the world the problems many students have because of they way they were taught to do things or not taught. They're so focused on annual exams that many basics are being lost.
