Linkedin's courses is a good way to learn, sure, but I seriously doubt if employers who actually have LSS in place will favor certificate from LinkedIn. I would also say, that black belt without actual experience is a joke. Not a single person who practices LSS methodology on a daily basis will take seriously linkedin's black belt.
