I do not think that europe accept the option of 2 propios. Rules are clear in the legal sense and need a bachelor to go into a master since the approval of the Bolognia proces. No x years of university or x credits. In the past was doable since existed 5 years degrees that were the equivalent of bachelor + master. So you did like in the US you transfer some credits, but not the degree. Now you need a basic degree to get into a master.
