The exclusion is still in effect, and a bit broader than I expected. BSIT is substantially impacted in addition to Cybersecurity.
It almost seems like Study.com made those courses specifically for the TESU BS IT program but then TESU rejects all the courses lol.
I would not do IT or Cybersecurity at TESU as it will take multiple terms to complete your degree.
You would be better off at WGU or PUG for international students. We recently had someone on DF do PUG in 2 terms.
