This is an interesting idea. I wonder how it would impact the cost of the YourPace program. UMPI has been big on keeping it affordable. They haven't raised tuition on it since it launched.
When paid for by the student, I think a 3-month access code for ALEKS is ~$100 for most classes. I have no idea how much a school like ASU is getting charged to give ALEKS access away for free. Absolutely no clue how much Gradarius would be.

For individual pricing, yeah. ALEKS pricing is much higher for academic use, though, at least if you are a student.
