All you are saying is true, but we're talking about two different things. That they're both related to FEMA has confused this, but the NFA courses we're talking about were accepted on an ACE transcript by TESU/Big 3 up until around 2018 when their ACE recommendation expired.  They're different than what Excelsior still accepts (TESU used to accept those as well, but stopped way back. Even when they still accepted NFA).

If the ACE credits are expired would they still be accepted when applying today? I'm guessing this may depend on the school and 100,000 policies.

Like Schmoop isn't accepted anywhere really nowadays. They've all expired as well.
