Other than the big 3, there are the CBE schools Purdue Global, UMPI, and WGU; however, they require you to be at least 20 years old.
A good option for an 18yr old would be SNHU. They have lots of different programs, you can transfer up to 90 credits, and it's easy to maintain a 3.5 GPA, which would be needed for a competitive master's degree or other purposes.
