If you’re going to do much professionally you’re probably going  to need a masters. If you don’t think you can get your ba evaluated than by all means pursue the US bachelors. If you can can your degree evaluated then go for a masters. This is just my opinion.  Nothing more. Nothing less. I’m not a psych major so I may be way off.

For the field of Psychology especially, a bachelor's isn't worth much.  A degree in Sociology would work the same, so I don't think it's worth spending much time or money to get a 2nd degree in this particular field.
