IIRC, 4A is covered by a required no-credit orientation course that all UMPI students must take. If you've already taken College Readiness, that's fine. If you haven't, I wouldn't bother. For 1C, I would take American Government at InstantCert. The wiki's pages on UMPI need a good updating, which I keep meaning to do.
