I can confirm that in my case the conversion ratio was: 2 ETC= 1 Credit in my evaluation.
The course is worth 6ETC, so 3 credits.
You need to show that you have a Bachelor, Curriculum Vitae and some math, history and philosophy knowledge.
It is at Master level, as far as I understand. Is a postgraduate course.
I guess that the course is in Spanish but some books are in English.
Also is mainly History and Philosophy for what I can understand of the content.
