It's certainly up to you if you don't want to transfer your prior credits, however an evaluation would only cost about $200. Since you will need 30 RA credits and most RA courses cost at least $200 each, it makes sense (IMO) to at least see what TESU will take. Once evaluated, the credits will count as "RA" for TESU's purposes.
Due to the way TESU works, it's usually not a good idea to do most of your ULs with them. You cannot take the capstone until you have at least 100 credits AND most of your UL credits done. You also cannot take more than 16 credits in a single term unless you have previously taken courses at TESU and done well; then you may get permission. That means you'd need at least 2 flat-rate terms. Check out https://degreeforum.miraheze.org/wiki/Sa...egree_Plan to see what courses are required and some possible sources.

For a 16-credit-term, I would probably suggest:
Capstone
Cornerstone
History of Math or some other UL math course
ART-100 - If you take Art History I & II at Sophia, this should be an easy course to balance out the difficult UL courses
Easy ePack ( https://www2.tesu.edu/listallc.php?type=EP ) of your choice; CIS-107 is recommended due to little/no study being needed.
PLA-100 - 1-credit course with the sole purpose of bringing your credits up to 16 taken at TESU.
