If they are going to continue accepting Sophia and (presumably) AP and CLEP credits along with ACE credits from the military, it seems like it is about the provider.
My first thought was that this might be a means to force students to complete more of their UL course with RA colleges. I could understand the logic of wanting people to complete more of their UL, degree related coursework with TESU or an RA college. But then, why not simply say that you are only going to accept SDC course as LL from now (or 1/1/22, 3/1/22 or whatever) going forward? That brings my kind back to this being about SDC.
