There is a XAMK verification page. It's linked to from the transcript itself. It's supposed to be self-verifying. Someone uploads the PDF to the XAMK website and the website says "Yes, this is real." or "No, this has been tampered with."

I know, for some reason ECE said that is not good enough. I gave them a demonstration ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

They "need a human to confirm it". My own feeling though, is that if XAMK have such a system already, they may be willing to do a confirmation via email. In which case ECE as a NACES member opens more doors to other colleges.
