<gasp> That's a parchment issue! The system most likely has issues with so many different schools/students all smashed into one... <sigh> too bad there isn't really a "one size fits all" system out there. Email both Parchment/TESU, be patient, stuff happens to any and every one, don't let it get to you, once you get past that, you're at the finish line!
