I use a split screen with the Milestone on one half of my screen and the PDF on the other, both open (poor man's version of having 2 screens, ha). 

I keep forgetting that this is a thing. I only learned about it recently and it would've been really good to know during the period when I was doing Sophia without access to a second monitor!

For those who aren't aware, with Windows you can press the Win key + left or right arrow keys to send a window to the left or right half of your screen. If you can't get a second monitor or it will take a while to arrive, you could use this trick to at least avoid having to click around crazily to find what you need.
