Keep in mind that most of your UL courses will need to be completed at UMPI. You can take a few on Study.com and transfer them in. You've completed the GEC and general electives?

Yes, let's just say that I'm done with GEC, I'm following the recommendations to get it done, not a big deal. For the 120 credits requirement, I have 146 credits in total right now, it should be enough. I only need to worry about my minor (4 classes left: BUS 200,245,345,440) and 24 UL electives (6 UL classes left) If BUS 345 and BUS 440 overlap and fill both areas for minor and UL electives, I only need to take 4 classes for the UL electives then. That's great news because I remember reading this description on the plan:
"ELECTIVE REQUIREMENTS:
Students must take a minimum of 24 credit hours of upper-level electives beyond courses taken for the general education core and minor requirements. Total credit hours for the degree must be no less than 120 credit hours."
That's why I thought it wouldn't cover both areas. Now I know. Thanks a lot!
You can't go by having 146 credits. You've already completed 6 UL credits so you have 18 left. You will be taking 6 more with the minor. So you should have 12 UL credits to take. You should speak to your academic advisor since you have so many questions and are confused by the UL requirements.
