My personal results at TESU from several recent exams:
CLEP 3-4 weeks
DSST 4-6 weeks
This is the time from when I took the test until it appeared on the transcripts received screen. It does not include academic evaluation time.
I took these exams via computer based testing at a local technical college. I don't think the testing arrangements impact mailing speed. Everything should be sent out from the testing provider's HQ mailroom regardless of where the test was taken.
