Agree with ss20ts... Earned or not, their reputation is rough, and it goes beyond just tuition complaints.
Depending on what you'd need a degree from their for, it might not matter. They're not a degree mill or anything, they're RA, and of course you'll find their graduates all over the place from academia to private to public sectors. But there are some situations where the reputation may hurt you, rightfully or not.
