This clearly rules out the possibility of doing a bachelor degree in business through your pace, and then going a back at a later date to do a bachelor in english through your pace.
UMPI has their own definition for the word terminal. That's what people tend to get hung up on. Yes, you can complete a bachelor's degree in business and come back for a second bachelor's degree. It doesn't matter if it's on campus or in YourPace. The policy regarding terminal degrees is the same on campus and with YourPace.
