If the company you work for is part of a union and has partnered with EGCC, it would be a good idea to get the free Associates after you get BOG AAS. I think it would be worth it if there is a "specialty" for that associates. However, if the company is not a partner of EGCC, then it's going to be costly, I just checked their tuition for in-state/out of state: https://egcc.edu/about-us/institution/tuition-and-fees/
