If you're set on TESU (I'm not sure I would be), it's better to enroll as soon as you can so you can get your transfers in, and be certain of how they will apply and what you need to still complete. That being said, a September graduation is almost certainly within reach if you have the time, and January 2022 should be no problem.
The reason I would be hesitant of TESU is because they have a hefty $3200 residency waiver fee if you don't take 16 credits from them. With all the credits you have, there may be a much more affordable option out there. Depending on your career goals, you may want to explore one of these other options available.
