Are there any fees for YourPace students other than the $1400 per session tuition?

There are no other fees.

Can the RA credits be transferred to TESU from UMPI?

Maybe. You'd have to ask TESU what the courses would transfer as. Why go from UMPI to TESU when UMPI has everything you need to complete their degrees?

I want to at least finished a bachelor degree at UMPI fast and use 24 RA credits and sent it to TESU to comply with the new requirement to finished the BACS.

With that plan, keep in mind that TESU is going to require an additional 30 credits for a second bachelor's degree and most of those credits - if not all - will need to be UL. You'll need to take those credits AFTER your UMPI degree is conferred. A second bachelor's degree is rarely worth it. It's usually better to go for a master's degree.

We need a Study plan for UMPI to TESU so everyone can follow it.

UMPI is NOT designed for you to take their classes, ditch them, and then get your degree from somewhere else. UMPI is a university so why not just finish one of their degrees if you take their classes?
