Chris, I just farted loudly when I read this... that's amazing! All that looking for cheap/easy/fast and it was right there! The SNHU College of America program has been talked about before. They have it free for you as the business/company or your corporation pays the partnership amount of $5000 towards that competency based degree program. They have a couple more associates and bachelors than you mentioned, but still... it's a pretty good deal for those who have this!
