Since TEL Learning courses include EVERYTHING (no textbook or other supplies needed), I do think that they are cheaper than most any other RA option out there. Especially if you account for other fees that a CC might throw in.
Snow College is the absolute cheapest for Americans who want to go to COSC, though, if you can do all 60 credits in 1 semester. Even if you only manage 30 credits, it's still $58/credit compared to TEL Learning's $66.
