Is no one going to comment on how much OP seems to have gotten screwed??? So his contact doesnt answer his questions, goes on leave without an email notice, apparently never sends his transcripts, and his emails go unanswered. So now he has to pay for a completely new course and instead of just apologizing for that, the company starts harassing him to change the title of his post and insulting him for not replying within 24 hours (after they apparently ignored him for weeks). I would be pissed!!!
SHaas, I think the original title of this post was richly deserved. This is a clear example of pathetic customer service. And OP- dude you are much more chill than I would be.
