Is it fair to say that if I do well on the quizzes, ill do well on the study guide?

I'm assuming you meant to ask, if you do well on the quizzes, would you be likely to do well on the exam.

If that's true, what I'd say is that if you do well on the chapter quizzes and memorize the study guide, you can likely pass the exam.
