SL and ABSN programs

Have you considered TESU? Their ABSN program has a pretty good reputation and some of their classes are in person. They're based in New Jersey.

Also, Excelsior's program is only available in certain states because many states won't accept a Nursing degree from Excelsior for licensing purposes. From what I've read online, Excelsior's entire nursing program is online (minus the CPNE which I haven't heard great things about). I personally wouldn't reccommend Excelsior for a nursing program because you'd be very limited in where you can practice.
