My son and I are both registered and taking this. It is perfect for him, he works in Food service and his hours have been cut quite a bit. He has the Pierpont BOG AAS, and wanted something Industry Specific on his resume, anyway. The timing was perfect.
I decided to take it for enrichment and I am going to be job searching after the school year ends. I thought it would be nice to have something current on my resume. It will also add to my interesting assortment of jobs and education.
